Every year, we offer up chances for older elementary (3/4th graders) to not only have fun, but also to have space to invite friends to come to church for things that they love: games, fun, and the Gospel!
We spend intentional time creating space for kids to have fun and enjoy being kids. Lots of games and activities planned all night long with loads of fun food.
But don’t be confused: this night is all about the Gospel. We build the bridge with fun and we walk across it with the Good News so that hundreds of kids will hear – with clarity – a loving God who spared no expense to come run after them!

- Paul approached the subject of work at that time through slavery. As you reflect on that subject what were some of your key takeaways? What questions do you still have about it?

- Read Genesis 2:15-17 and 3:4-5. How did Satan tempt Adam and Eve?
- Read Job 1:8. How did Satan tempt Job?
- Read 1 Chronicles 21:1. How did Satan tempt David?
- Read Acts 5:1-3. What temptation did Ananias and Sapphira fall to?
- How do you see these schemes playing out today?
- How does Jesus speak of this in John 8:44? What is Satan’s chief tactic in temptation?
- In what ways might you feel a unique pull of temptation? How does this look in your daily life?
- In what ways do we engage in warfare effectively against Satan? What truth do we stand upon to stand firm?
- Consider: how do we attack Satan and his schemes against his chief tactic?

- What is central to each “piece of armor”? How do they all relate?

TOGETHER IN PRAYER & ACTION
- Consider what has been uniquely tempting to you recently. What area do you feel most vulnerable to temptation?
- No matter if you are falling and failing, or if you are able to stand firm, bring it to light.
- Find 1 trustworthy person in your life to share this with.
- Commit to finding and memorizing 1 passage of Scripture that relates with your temptation.
- Pray for one another’s fights against the enemy’s schemes and the demonstration of God’s power through your weakness.
