Sunday Nights at Magnify – TONIGHT with the current electives, How the West Was Won and Lost, Marriage Class and Leadership Development.
Women at Magnify Spring Bible Study – Studies begin the week of April 7 at all 3 locations with different times and studies, check it out online.
CPR class – April 17 & 18 – You are invited to attend our annual CPR class at Rockford. Join us and be prepared if someone you love is choking or needs CPR. This American Heart Association Friends and Family class is geared toward non healthcare folks. We’ll cover CPR, use of AED and choking relief for infant, child and adults. A certificate will be given upon completion. Class is offered Wednesday, April 17, 9a-noon or Thursday, April 18 6-9p in the Loft at Rockford. Anyone 12 years or older is invited but staff and volunteers are strongly encouraged to attend. The class is free to staff and volunteers, $10 to others. Please RSVP by April 15 to [email protected] or 616.443.2623.

Parent Connect – April 21 and 28 Join us for Parent Connect featuring Parenting and Shame as our topic for 2 weeks. Week one will be hearing from a panel of people who have wrestled with their shame. Week two will be answering your questions on this important parenting topic. Please join us in the auditorium, it is open to everyone but especially parents of students and kids.

GLOBAL PARTNERS AROUND THE WORLD
Jonathan and Hannah Victor – India
Greetings from Madurai, India. Thank you for your faithfulness in praying on our behalf and in supporting our ministry in India.
Hannah has started a new children’s class on Sunday afternoon in a nearby village. Please pray for His blessing and for more children to be added to the group. We are experiencing scorching temperatures, please pray for good health and protection.
We are beginning to see some new school seniors and college-age join our weekly Youth Fellowship. We praise God for these committed young men eager to fellowship around the Word. Please pray that God will continue to work in their lives as we challenge them to think and live Biblically.
We request your prayers for the ongoing translation-checking workshop with the Riza (name changed) language. The Book of Romans is being checked for accuracy, understandability, and naturalness. Jonathan plans to visit the State of Manipur to fellowship with the Chorus translation team and to complete checking of the last 12 chapters of Isaiah.
We earnestly seek your prayers for proper internal wiring for electricity and audio/video facility at the chapel building.
Hannah plans to teach VBS in three villages during this next month. Please pray with us for a good number of participants, and that these precious children will trust and follow Jesus Christ. The weekly Bible study via Zoom has about 20 participants and has the potential for more to join. We request prayers for lives to change as we continue to share the gospel and teach Bible lessons to the villagers and construction workers.
