GLOBAL PARTNERS AROUND THE WORLD
Andrew and Susanne Heyd
A longtime expat worker here, whom we respect immensely, told us the other day something like- ‘this place pummels people. Our role is to be in the fray, share in the pummeling, and live out an active faith that finds joy and hope in Christ.’ These were not exactly encouraging words but did make sense of some of our experiences here. This semester has been a grind and we see lots of brokenness around us. As we transition into the summer please pray for us as we seek to establish some good, healthy rhythms. Please continue to pray for open doors. We have some good opportunities that seem to be opening. Please pray that these doors continue to stay open. We are thankful that Johann is doing well and Willow just turned five. One of our local friends was with Willow in Sunday School and told us how good her Russian is coming along. Thank you for your prayers and support for us.
