📖 DEVO: Psalm 84
🧠 MIND CHALLENGE: Read a Psalm every day.
- Find 1 Psalm to Read and meditate on.
- Reflect back on it throughout that day.
- Find 1 thing that stands out and share it with someone.
❤️ HEART CHALLENGE: Plan to spontaneously serve or meet someone else’s need this week.
Early in your day, pray and have on your “mental radar” the thought: “I will be looking for someone who needs help this week and I will be the one to give it to them.”
- Plan ahead by baking extra time into your schedule so that you have margin for the spontaneous moments.
- Have a little extra money set aside to bless someone else randomly.
💪🏻 STRENGTH CHALLENGE: Perform 1,000 ( or whatever a difficult but doable number would be for you) push ups this week.
Challenge yourself to do lots of push-ups. Consider…
- If you are currently doing 0 push-ups in a workout, do 10-15 per day (commit to 70-100 this week).
- If you are looking for modifications for push-ups, check THIS VIDEO out for some ideas.
- Pick a number for the week total that will be difficult, but doable.
- If you can do 50-100 push-ups in a given workout session, choose a number on the lower end of that
- Plan to do it every single day of the week.
- The goal: all guys challenged to do the same movement through the week that is difficult but doable for all.a
