TOGETHER IN LIFE

Do you have a favorite Christmas tradition with your family?

TOGETHER IN THE WORD

THIS WEEK’S KEY PASSAGE: Luke 1:1-4

Note: We encourage you to read the entire text together as a group out loud.

Purpose of Luke:

Sharing first hand stories of actual events to galvanize our faith in Jesus as Savior.

QUESTIONS:

  • Can you remember a time where someone shared a story that helped to strengthened your faith? Please share with the group.
  • What feels most impossible to you right now?
  • What impossible situation has faith pulled you through in the past?
  • How did God grow your faith through that trial?
  • How often do you reflect and examine your own heart?
  • How are you doing as a group in building one another’s faith?

QUESTIONS FROM MATT FOR THIS WEEK

  • Do I know Jesus as Savior?
  • Do I really want to draw closer to God?

TOGETHER IN PRAYER

Pray this scripture together, Hebrews 11:1-3 “Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. For by it the people of old received their commendation. By faith we understand that the universe was created by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things that are visible.”
