One of the simplest ways we can love our neighbors is by being prepared when it matters most. Join us for our annual CPR Class, where you’ll gain practical skills that can help save a life in an emergency.

This American Heart Association Friends and Family class is designed for non-healthcare folks and focuses on real-life situations you might encounter at home, at church, or in our community. Together, we’ll learn CPR, how to use an AED, and how to respond when infants, children, or adults are choking.

When: Monday, April 20th from 9am-noon or 6-9pm
Where: Rockford Campus, Lower Level Room 420
Who: Anyone 12 years or older (space is limited)
