Let’s Celebrate Baptism Together!
We’re kicking off the day with one 9am service at each campus with a special time of worship, teaching, and baptism testimonies.
*Note: there will be no Elementary Programming at any of our campuses that day, but the service will be kid-friendly, full of music, and testimonies. Please check the Kids page for more details.
Then grab some lunch and head to the beach at Maranatha to cheer on those getting baptized in Lake Michigan as they go public with their faith! Here is a map of the grounds to help you locate the beach, which is a 5-10 minute walk down Channel Road. There will also be a golf cart running to help those who would like a ride.
No tabernacle service this year; just head straight to the beach when you arrive at Maranatha. We’ll have ice cream waiting for you!
It’s going to be an unforgettable day. No need to sign up for the services, just come ready to celebrate!

IF YOU WANT TO BE BAPTIZED you will need to register to start the process:
Step 1 – Register at the link below  between July 19 and August 18.
Step 2 – We’ll contact you and get you scheduled to share your story with a Pastor or Deacon on August 2, 9, or 16 at one of the following locations:
     • Ensley: The Commons
     • Northview: Prayer Room
     • Rockford: Student Center Foyer

Step 4 – Attend your morning service at 9am on Sunday, August 23
Step 5 – Plan to be at Maranatha about 1pm. Baptisms will start at 1:30pm
