Our Hope

Magnify Family Updates - Posted April 10th, 2025

We recognize many are traveling during this Easter season so we wanted to keep our update simple. Wherever we are, may we as a church family immerse ourselves in the stories and reminders that our hope is in the One who willingly took our place. May this season remind us that:

Our debt is great but Jesus paid it willingly.

He wasn’t forced to take our punishment. He chose the cross because of His love for us.

We have a hope that saturates every aspect of life because of the resurrection. What is dead can live again.

This story of redemption is the greatest gift we have to offer.

We, the church, have been intentionally placed in
      neighborhoods,
      jobs,
      schools,
      and families
where this life-changing, community-healing, world-shaking message is desperately needed.

So whatever valley you are in at the moment take heart. The One who faced the unthinkable is for you. He defeated sin and death. He loves you. He will not abandon you.

Prayer focus:

Over the coming weeks take time to sit longer, love more, and sing louder because of these truths. Reflect on and thank our Father for how much you personally have been forgiven. Ask for help to show that kind of grace in your circles. Spend time in worship of the One who demonstrated His deep, personal love for you on the cross.

‘This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters.’

1 John 3:16 (NIV)
