We are grateful for the opportunity we had to gather this past Sunday to pray and share updates on what the board has been working on. One of the items that was talked about was how this season has revealed opportunities to grow as a leadership team and strengthen our church for the work ahead. The board has developed several teams in response to feedback and our desire to move towards a healthier future. Here are a few of the teams:
- Communication – Provide regular updates and respond to questions.
- Pastoral Search – Work with our Congregational Transition Team and our consultants in the search for our next lead pastor.
- Coordination – Weekly meetings with consultants and coordinate all other teams.
- Governance Improvement – Review of all policy and governance documents.

Prayer Focus:
Please continue to pray for our deacons and pastors as they seek the leading of the Spirit for the future of Magnify. This includes the search for a lead pastor and improvements to promote a healthy future. Pray for Magnify to be the kind of church that will continue to bring the hope of Jesus to our communities.
