Meet Ray Sabon
August 31, 2017
When Ray Sabon thinks of the new Northview Campus, the word “opportunity” echoes in his mind. He and his wife Cameron are currently settling down from a busy summer of traveling both with Blythefield and to her family in South Carolina, and he is excited to jump into the ongoing ministry at the Northview Campus. As part of the Magnify team, Ray will be working with kids & students at the new location. His hope and prayer for these upcoming years is to see the families of the Northview community come even more alive because of the Gospel.
Ray grew up in West Michigan, graduating from Rockford High School and Michigan State University. He spent the following year traveling with the World Race (an 11 month mission trip that stops in 11 different countries around the world) where he met his now-wife Cam. They spent a stint in Texas before moving back to West Michigan to attend Grand Rapids Theological Seminary, where Ray is currently studying for his Masters in Divinity and Cam is studying for her Masters in Counseling.
Truly humbled and excited for the opportunity to serve the Northview campus, he is ready to see how God will restore relationships and see the community transformed through a deep love for Jesus throughout all generations.
