Our COVID process for retreats: Although there are new challenges we face this fall in navigating COVID-19, we are excited that our God has not changed, and we cannot wait to see what he does in the lives of our students! We would love every high school student to be able to attend these retreats! Here are our guidelines we will follow:

  • We will prioritize social distancing
  • We will be outside when possible
  • We will wear masks during any transportation
  • We ask that students/parents carefully monitor health and use our health inventory before attending the retreat
  • We will take temperatures when the students arrive at church for check in
  • We will have hand sanitizer distributed to be used regularly
  • We will pass out food to students and/or have food individually packaged

Our goal is to create a safe and effective discipleship environment for every student. With the variety of needs and perspectives among our families and community, we have been adjusting our plan to meet those needs. Our staff has been working with every small group and leader to decide the best group structure for the discipleship and care of those students. We will continue to do this as students register for retreats. Please let us know your specific needs and we will be in touch, please email [email protected] We understand that every family has different perspectives, concerns, and needs as we navigate COVID-19. We love being able to partner with you in the discipleship of your students! Please reach out with any questions—we would love to talk to you as we move through this process.
