December Giving Project

Show LOVE this December…

Your spare change can help provide picture Bibles for refugee children. We are partnering an organization who works with the churches meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of families in this time of crisis. Help us reach out and care for displaced families in Lebanon, Syria and other affected regions. We are partnering with The Lebanese Society for Educational & Social Development (LSESD) on this project. To learn more about the project click here for a very helpful video (please do not share or post).

Kids will be given banks to take home to be a part of this project but this is open to ANYONE! You can grab a bank at the info desk or any welcome center.

This project will help to provide Children’s Picture Bibles at $7 per Picture Bible (printing and distribution to Syrian and/or Iraqi Refugee children displaced by war to Lebanon. The Lebanese Society for Educational & Social Development (LSESD) has developed programs for Syrian and Iraqi refugee children. They organize through partner churches in Lebanon who have proven themselves faithful and accountable to carrying out a compassionate ministry. This particular focus is on bringing the Word of God to children to reach the next generation in the context of offering relief, training and education so that the Bible are received in a way that they will be actually read by the children and their families. Our own Scott Gustafson works with this organization and has seen firsthand how their efforts are reaching Muslims with the Gospel.
